To mark World First Aid Day, which took place on Saturday September 09, 2023, EASii IC organized an awareness-raising event on first aid for employees interested in the subject.
The aim is to be able to provide first aid to a person in an emergency, while waiting for specialized help to arrive.

Three workshops were led by Thibault C. and Hervé R. both Sapeurs-pompiers Volontaires ⛑ accompanied by Sauveteurs Secouristes du Travail Natalia K., Amandine D. and Mikaël B.

Participants learned about loss of consciousness without respiratory arrest and with respiratory arrest, cardiac massage and defibrillator use, as the EASii IC Grenoble site is equipped with an External Automated Defibrillator (AED).

At the end of the sessions, Thibault C. demonstrated the use of fire extinguishers.
